application we will contact you to get additional details, send you additional
materials, and send you a schedule of payments with the cancellation and refund
policy. Step #3: After we receive
your fist payment we will make your airplane reservations, send you orientation
materials, visa and passport information, travel tips, ministry preparation
materials, cultural preparation information and more. At this time
you will also receive the Media Release Form (Form #5).
